16962. James Goodwin McManus (1882-1958) Impressionist Painting Connecticut Clouds 1926. Oil painting on board. McManus was born in Hartford, CT and spent much of his time in Old Lyme, CT. He was a member of the Salmagundi Club of New York, the Lyme Artists Association and the New Haven Paint and Clay Club, where he exhibited his landscapes in annual shows from 1929 to 1954. Signed.
