Thomas McGlynn Hammered Copper & Brass Vase c1912.  Unsigned.  Provenance: McGlynn Family.  Excellent original patina.  McGlynn was an artist in San Francisco, worked as chief draftsman for Arthur Mathews' Furniture Shop and was a designer for Dirk van Erp.  He became quite competent as a metal smith but never pursued the craft. McGlynn is credited for having designed the oak tree cutout motif occasionally seen on van Erp pieces. 14"h x 5.75"d $3800
