6736. Solon & Schemmel (S & S), San Jose peacock tile c1920s. Although incised S & S, this tile is pictured in Norman Karlson’s book as Helen Greenleaf Lane of Upland, CA. Either way, this is a beautiful period tile. Several tiny edge chips on bottom edge, otherwise perfect condition. 7″d SOLD
